Gear sourcing resources & FAQ

You don't need every answer to get started.
A drawing, part number or application is a useful first step.

01

Choose your component

Explore the product range and note the families that match your application.

02

Define the application

Include the part reference, required quantity, key dimensions and operating conditions.

03

Send your request

Submit a quote brief โ€” optionally attach a drawing โ€” so purchasing and engineering can review the same information.

A few useful answers.

What information should I include in a quote request?

Start with the product family, quantity and required delivery date. If available, include a part number or drawing (PDF/STEP preferred), module or pitch, tooth count, bore, material, load and speed. You can attach a file on the quote form. Final suitability is confirmed against the complete application.

Can I start without a part number?

Yes. Describe what the part does and the equipment it belongs to. Measurements, photos and an existing drawing help identify the product family. Upload files on the quote form or note documents for follow-up.

Are these standard or custom components?

The catalog presents product families rather than stocked SKUs. Dimensions, materials, manufacturing requirements and supply options are confirmed per inquiry through our partner production network.

How do I get technical details for a product family?

Open the product detail page for application notes and typical ranges, then send a quote request with drawings, dimensions and duty cycle so we can confirm the right configuration.
